About
Welcome to the New Real Estate Economy!
e-Partner was founder in 1996-96 by Donald Teel for use in his own Central and Northern Arizona company, Prudential Foothills Real Estate.
e-Partner was created by an owner for owners as a model Broker/Owners can use for multi-market development.
Circa ‘95-96
The original e-Partner model was created in 1995-96 by Donald Teel for use in his own Central and Northern Arizona real estate company, Prudential Foothills Real Estate.
e-Partner grew to 25 communities and was later expanded to all Arizona cities, then five beta test states and eventually the entire country.
When I looked at my company’s business plan and financial statements, I became accutely aware that time was not on my side and that if my company was going to provide me a career exit strategy its current business model would be incapable of generating the necessary revenue and profitability. I was forced to admit that the traditional real estate brokeage business model was broken and I needed a new one. – Donald Teel, Founder
There is a fundamental premise that undergirds the e-Partner model and that is the dramatic shifts that have occured in the real estate industry as a direct result of the rapid rise and use of technology solutions and primarily the Internet.
Change Changes Everything
Changes in consumer behavior and the diminishing profitability of most traditional real estate companies has been a direct result of the transformation and release of property information from old MLS books to digital and universal online portals.
e-Partner recongizes there are fundamental shifts occuring that impact Broker/Owner operating models and more imporantly their operations, ROI and profitability.
We have articulated the the flow of real estate industry’s economic eras, how each era is defined, how profitability is affected by shifts in technology and ultimately how we must relate to the consumer.
